Wellness Tip for Peace: Stop the hurting to one's self because we restrict to love the one we choose to love. Forgetting the person or abandoning the most important person in our life is the most painful thing to do. So, let go and free the self from the bondage of pride, just love and let nature take its course. Loving is respecting the dignity of the person, protecting them from harm, providing their needs, supporting what is most important to them and being there anytime to make them the best person that they can be!

It is selfless, actually and sometimes it will really take time for us to really love the one we choose to love. Loving is easy when we are ready to get into it already because we were able to heal ourself from the pain in the past, we are already matured to know who we want to love and why we choose this person. When we know ourselves more, the easier for us to give our heart. When we still have the fear of the unknown of what lies ahead after loving, and when we are still holding on to our pride that we are hurt because our standards our not met, we are still young teens with fragile heart. But, experiences made us strong and made us learn more about life. It takes a certain stage of maturity to give our heart in full and just let that person we choose to take it away. There are tears of joy and there are tears of pain in loving. When we are in the stage that we shrug-off the pain because the joy of loving is better, then we are ready. When we choose to keep the person in spite of everything, then we are ready.
