Wellness Tip for Peace: You must really like it to get it! When you really want to pursue your dreams, you will find time to know everything to satisfy your mind of the knowledge you need to produce the will to act and make your dreams a reality. You will not wait for others to move you but you create your own passion to achieve it because you really like it!
Be confident with your dreams and work on it! Do not compare yourself with others because you will either become vain or bitter. You have a mind set of your own and you do not allow anyone to dictate you on what you want. You know what you want and what you need. You can only have the full conviction to do it if you really like it. When you really like it, your passion overflows and your desire to get it is so strong that you will always find a way when there is already no way. You can break the odds, you can defeat your opponents and you will succeed. You do not compete with anyone but you only compete with yourself to overcome your weakness and come out the best that you can be!
Wellness Tip for Peace: Be Cautious at Work & Be Inspired. Work gives happiness everytime it produce good results and that happens whenever we maintain our concentration. Work is practical meditation for as long as we keep our focus.
To be cautious is to let all our senses function simultaneously in clear vision and motion. When we maintain our focus at work, we can get hold of unnecessary emotions. Our passion is geared towards our work and not to something else ( or someone else). Since work is dependent on our own efforts, we can more or less measure the output at the end of the day based on the amount of efforts we shared. It gives enjoyment everytime deadlines are met on time and we make our co-workers and the rest of the team happy. Work has no emotions, humans have the emotions and stress mismanagement happens when both are intertwined to one another. The solution is to segregate one from the other. Take work as a cold matter and humans as hot matter and deal with it seperately. Work is measurable, humans are not. Deal with "Work" according to quality deadlines while deal with "Human" emotions on the professional level according to their significance in your life. Be brave and kind to face the pressure of both without avoiding one from the other.
Wellness Tip for Peace: Be aware, Beware. Enjoy your journey with love in your heart and no amount of hate will trample you!
Be ready. Be aware! If you say it fast, it sounds like "Beware!" Be cautious. Be informed. Do not assume, ask. Be alert and know your destination. People expect a lot from you and they demand that you excel with your work. They do not know the hardships that you've gone through before you've met them. So, do not expect that they will understand you right away. Maybe in time, but do not waste the time waiting that people will adjust to you. You know what you want and you know the path that you choose to lead your life. Armed with your knowledge, wisdom and experience, be confident and go through it. Never than ever doubt yourself by not being too dependent on what other people will say about you. Respect your mind and trust your heart! Exist with life and be active living it. Enjoy your journey with love in your heart and no amount of hate will kill your character.
Wellness Tip for Peace: Support Your Partner
Some people need other people to keep them intact. They are normal. They are intelligent and they even have marvelous leadership, but they cannot function very well without a supportive partner. If you know anyone who have this kind of need, just be there and make them feel that you believe in them. You do not need to pamper them or take care of them full-time, just be there. Your sincere and kind hearted presence is more than enough to boost their morale and uplift their spirit.
