Wellness Tip for Peace: If they are for you, they are not against you. Loyalty is the measurement of the depth of your friendship, not sweet talks or nice gifts
Don't be blinded with sparkles because not everything that glitters is gold. To test the loyalty of your friendship is to see if your friend can betray you in the middle of conflict. When under pressure, will they crack and let you go. Those who are for you will stay up to the end, and those who are not will leave you. Work with those who are not against you to maintain your focus. Do not dilute your energy by pleasing everybody. Maintain your composure and work only with the best! The best are tested by time and in the process of looking who they are, loyalty matters more than anything else.
Wellness Tip for Peace: Innate Beauty is Loving Kindness - it shows in the eyes, it reflects in the smile, it radiates in the face and manifested in the body. Anger ruins the innate beauty. How does innate beauty lasts? Can we be free from anger forever? Can we always exude the loving kindness forever?
Anger are by-products of accumulated frustrations because of our quest for perfection in everything we do. Since we see ourselves perfect, we expect people around us to be perfect, and when they failed to our expectations, we lose our temper and eventually our poise. Anger made us ugly. So how do we manage? Work from the heart, not on the mind. Do not over-analyze but take time to step back and meditate in your own private and comfortable space away from the person causing you to be angry. Use the moment of meditation to clean your heart from all the negative emotions by accepting the person's personality as is! Do not make any effort to change the person, but accept the person's existence in your life as the spice that triggers you beyond the extraordinary! Make a decision if you really need to be with this person causing you to be angry, if you do, lose the pride and accept that you do! Do not deny but embrace and work on the differences one step at a time. Be real and be honest on what you want and say it slowly according to the way the person can understand. Do not assume that the person can read your mind. Say what you really mean, then mean what you say.
